As a result of this, acquiring trusted contract engineering, integration and construction contractors has risen in importance. As providers of these services we view our role as being Trustees of our Client's Capital Programs. We are entrusted with our client's capital project risk. We feel responsible for the entire capital project investment, even when our scope is less than 100%. And we believe the metric for our success is the intangible and subjective perception of our ability to produce that success, in other words, do our clients believe we have met or exceeded the expectations of this trusteeship.

Do clients award repeat business to a contractor? Likely, only if they perform well. Here is our record of repeat business contrasted with our annual business. We have been very fortunate in that we have selectively added one or two new clients per year, growing our business, while keeping the clients that have trusted us for years.
