PROJECT YEAR 2004 | 2003 | 2002 | 2001 | 2000 | 1999-1996

General Project Characteristics
With over 100 projects per year, the majority awarded non-bid by repeat clients, project listings can becomes cumbersome and repetitive. However, to represent the flavor of our work and experience find here a list of Representative Projects per year.

All clients, sites and other project specifics have been generalized for reasons of confidentiality. Specifics and References can be provided upon qualified request.

A characteristic of Mangan is our practice of blending with project teams assembled by our clients. To represent the ways this can be arranged a legend is shown for each representative project identifying the areas of work in typical automation projects. The areas we were responsible for are indicated with a [•]. Although there are any number of arrangements for project teams, they all have one thing in common: the break-out and teaming made the most sense for our clients.

Oil and Gas Facilities Automation Projects
Scope: Mangan Inc. provided all necessary services for the replacement of a combination of pneumatic controllers, Ronan panels and legacy PLC’s (72 different manufacturers, models or versions) with a new Siemens PCS7 hybrid control system. This project included five oil and gas production facilities (four offshore and one onshore) and involved the design, installation and hot cutover of approximately 25,000 loops. Mangan Inc. successfully completed this lump sum EPC project in 2004 on schedule and budget, with less than 2% change orders.
